Hours of Operation Well, first, let's be sure that we explain this: There is 24/7 access to every unit in our facility! Climate controlled units and non-climate units, both. You can get to your property at any time day or night all year long. Then, the office is open with a real live manager during the following hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm from Monday through Saturday and 10:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday. Yes, the office is open all day Sunday. Another thing we think is important.... our managers answer the telephone 24 hours a day, so if you have an emergency, call! From Lafayette areas call (337)839-0111, and from Iberia/St. Martin areas call (337)560-1616. Those numbers ring in the same place, but there are two so you don't have to dial long distance.
